Subscription Policy
Free Trial and Billing
We are excited to offer a 3-day free trial of Membership, allowing you to experience the Membership without any upfront membership payment. If you are satisfied with your trial and choose to continue, your Membership will automatically convert into a paid Plan at midnight on the third calendar day following your initial enrollment. At the start of a paid Plan, we will bill you $29.99 for each 28-day term of the Membership. All membership subscriptions auto-renew and will be charged unless cancelled.
Membership Discount Policy
During our free trial and continuing through your maintenance of membership, you will have access to exclusive discounts on certain orders.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time by sending an email to support@libertymintcollectibles.us or by visiting your account to manage your membership on our self-service portal. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the pending 28-day term.
If you cancel your Membership during the initial 3-day trial period, we will not charge you the subscription fee. However, any discounts applied during the trial will be voided/cancelled as mentioned above. If you decide to cancel after your subscription has begun billing, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Membership benefits and unused store credit will be forfeited upon membership cancellation.
Warranty Disclaimer
As part of your Membership, we may present or provide written or expressive content to you (the "Content"). You agree that your use of the Content shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Content and your use thereof. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Content or the Content of any third-party websites linked to or referenced by the Content.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any errors or inaccuracies of the Content, any unauthorized access to or use of our servers, any interruption or cessation of transmission of Content, or any errors or omissions in any Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Mint, and our affiliates, subsidiaries, officers and directors, agents, employees and partners, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, liabilities, judgments, obligations, losses, penalties, expenses or damages (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of any breach or alleged breach by you of any representation, warranty, covenant or obligation pursuant to these terms.
Modification or Amendment of Terms
The provisions of these terms may be waived, altered, amended, modified, or repealed, in whole or in part, only by us. Notice of any amendments and/or modifications shall be posted on our website at least three days prior to their effective date. In the event that you do not consent to any such amendments and/or modifications, your sole recourse shall be to terminate your Membership.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all questions respecting the negotiation, execution, construction, performance, interpretation, breach or enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable law. The parties agree that any and all disputes, claims or litigation arising from or related in any way to this Agreement shall be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction.
